Airtable Integration
Push extracted document data into Airtable bases automatically. When Parsli processes a document, the structured data creates a new record in your Airtable base — via Zapier, Make, or webhook.
Get Started FreeHow to Set Up
Create a Parser
Define the fields you want extracted from your documents (names, dates, amounts, etc.).
Connect via Zapier or Make
Create an automation: Parsli webhook trigger → Airtable 'Create Record' action. Map extracted fields to Airtable columns.
Send Documents
Upload via dashboard, forward emails, or send via API. Each document creates a new Airtable record.
Build on Your Data
Use Airtable views, filters, and automations on your extracted data. Build dashboards, assign tasks, or trigger workflows.
Why Use Airtable with Parsli
- No-code document pipeline into Airtable
- Map any extracted field to Airtable columns
- Works via Zapier (most popular) or Make
- Supports linked records, attachments, and formulas
- Build custom views and dashboards on extracted data
Frequently Asked Questions
How does data get into Airtable?
Parsli sends a webhook when a document is processed. Zapier or Make receives this webhook and creates a new record in your Airtable base with the extracted fields mapped to your table columns.
Can I include the original document?
Yes. Parsli's webhook payload includes a link to the original document. You can store this as an Airtable attachment or URL field.
What about existing Airtable records?
You can configure Zapier/Make to update existing records (search by a unique field like invoice number) or always create new records. The choice is yours.
