Zoho Books Integration
Stop typing invoices and receipts into Zoho Books by hand. Parsli's AI reads vendor, amount, date, tax, and line items from any document layout and creates the matching Bill, Expense, or Invoice in Zoho Books — over a native Zoho OAuth connection, no Zapier in the middle.
Get Started FreeHow to Set Up
Connect Zoho Books
Click Connect Zoho Books on your parser's Export tab and approve the Zoho consent screen. The app is registered as multi-datacenter, so US, EU, India, and Australia organizations each connect to their own Zoho region.
Map Your Fields Once
Pick the target record — Bill, Expense, or Invoice — choose a default account, and map your parser fields to Zoho Books: vendor or customer, amount, date, tax, and line items.
Add Your Documents
Upload invoices, bills, and receipts in the dashboard, forward them by email, or send them via API. Parsli's AI reads any layout — scanned, emailed, or photographed — with no per-vendor templates.
Records Appear in Zoho Books
Within seconds, each document becomes a Bill, Expense, or Invoice in your Zoho Books organization — ready for review and approval.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this a direct integration or does it go through Zapier?
It's direct. Parsli connects to Zoho Books over Zoho's official OAuth 2.0 API — your extracted data flows Parsli → Zoho Books with no third-party automation tool in the middle, no per-task fees, and no extra subscription to maintain.
Does it work for non-US Zoho Books accounts?
Yes. Zoho runs regional datacenters (.com, .eu, .in, .com.au, and more), and Parsli's app is registered as multi-datacenter, so organizations in the US, EU, India, Australia, and other regions connect to the correct Zoho region during the OAuth flow.
Which Zoho Books records can Parsli create?
Bills, Expenses, and Invoices. Pick the target record per parser: vendor invoices you owe become Bills, cash and card receipts become Expenses, and customer-facing sales documents become Invoices. The same Zoho connection serves all three.
Can it extract line items for Zoho Books?
Yes. Parsli's AI extracts full line-item tables — description, quantity, unit price, amount, and tax — which map to the line items on a Zoho Books Bill, Expense, or Invoice.
How do I disconnect?
Remove the Zoho Books integration from your parser at any time by clicking the trash icon on its integration card. That deletes the stored credentials and stops any further writes to your organization. You can also revoke Parsli's access from your Zoho account's connected-apps settings.
Pairs well with
Parsli can fan out the same extracted data to multiple destinations — these integrations commonly run alongside Zoho Books.
QuickBooks Online
The native QuickBooks Online integration AP teams use as a QuickBooks receipt scanner and bill-posting engine. AI reads invoices, vendor bills, and card receipts, then creates QuickBooks Bills, Expenses, or Invoices with the source PDF attached. No Zapier middleware, no per-vendor templates. Connect over Intuit's official OAuth in under 60 seconds.
Xero
Stop manually entering invoices into Xero. Parsli extracts vendor, amount, date, and line items from any invoice format and pushes the data to Xero via Zapier or Make — automatically.
Google Sheets
Paste one IMPORTDATA formula into a Google Sheet and every document Parsli parses — PDFs, invoices, bank statements, emails — appears as a new row. No Zapier, no middleware, no manual export.
