[00:00] After you set up your first parser and upload your first document, Parsli's AI reads the document and extracts the required fields. Here the first document succeeded — opening it shows the results of that extraction, with all the tables and results.

[00:24] You can export the data for that specific document — JSON, CSV, or Excel.

[00:39] This is the main dashboard for this document parser. Within it you can manage the parser's fields: edit the instructions, add new fields, or delete fields.

[01:00] You can also set up outbound integrations — for example, if you're working with invoices and want to post them into a bookkeeping system, you can add an integration to Zoho Books or QuickBooks, or post the data into Google Sheets.

[01:30] You can also set up an integration to an automation platform like Zapier, Make, or Power Automate.

[01:40] If you want to export the data for all the documents you've processed through this parser, you can download it as a Google Sheet or a CSV — it contains the extracted fields for every document uploaded to that parser.

[02:03] Say you're an accounting firm working with multiple clients and want to keep each client's documents isolated, or want different integrations set up for each client — or you're one company that wants one parser for invoices and another for bank statements. This is where you create multiple parsers, going through the same steps as before.
